Redondo Beach, CA -- Boeing Company has promoted Beth Hilbing to Senior IT Business Partner in support of Evolved Strategic Satcom Program.

Beth Hilbing has been promoted to Senior IT Business Partner for the Evolved Strategic Satellite Communications System (ESS). Boeing has secured a $2.9 billion contract from the Space Force for jamming-resistant technology. The Evolved Strategic SATCOM (ESS) is a U.S. Space Force initiative aimed at developing a new, resilient satellite communication network for nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3). ESS will replace the outdated Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) constellation with a more advanced, jam-resistant system designed to maintain secure and uninterrupted communication, even during attacks. The program encompasses a new space segment, ground segment, and cryptographic segment, with Boeing recently receiving a contract to build the first two satellites.

She has specialized in carbon finance and carbon markets (OTC and digital exchanges), sustainability strategy development and implementation, and sustainability reporting. She is a recognized global carbon market pioneer, climate strategist and facilitator of carbon transactions.

Corinne brings significant leadership expertise, building and leading global multi-disciplinary teams and major projects as well as developing and mentoring talent. She has extensive experience working on global initiatives and projects in the mining, infrastructure, energy, and financial services sectors.
