Kari Zeller, CDI.D™ Launches New Book

Congratulations to Kari Zeller on her new book launch. She earned her CDI.D™ designation from Corporate Directors International, having completed the Board Certification Program at ACE LLC.

Congratulations to Kari Zeller on her new book launch. She earned her CDI.D™ designation from Corporate Directors International, having completed the Board Certification Program at ACE LLC.

ACE LLC Announces ACE Graduate, Kari Zeller, is launching a new book.

A board seat is not the finish line. Directors must be prepared for the decisions waiting at the table.

I have spent much of my career helping women prepare for corporate board service. That preparation now includes a serious understanding of artificial intelligence—how it will affect strategy, risk, talent, governance, and the long-term value of an organization.

That is why I was pleased to endorse Kari Zeller’s new book, Re-Placed: Answering the Call of Leadership in the Age of AI, and to have my words included in its opening pages:

“In a time where AI and rapid change are reshaping organizations, Kari Zeller brings to our attention the potential and impending degradation of our own critical thinking and even our basic humanness. She addresses how artificial intelligence plays into our companies, our leaders, and the jobs which will very likely be replaced. For executives and boards, this book brings historical transformation stories and science-based reality into focus, and supports leadership through these changing times, for today and the future.”

Boards cannot treat AI as simply a technology issue to be delegated to management. Directors must be prepared to ask informed questions, exercise independent judgment, and consider the human consequences of the decisions being made.

I recommend Re-Placed to current directors, executives, and women preparing to serve on boards. Kari offers leaders a thoughtful and practical way to understand this transition and take responsibility for shaping what comes next.

Congratulations, Kari, on bringing this important work into the world.

The book is available now on Amazon.

About Kari:

Kari Zeller (FKA Granger) is a strategically disciplined leader with over 25 years of experience driving significant change in complex organizations. As the CEO of TGN Consulting, she has delivered extraordinary results, including a 500% revenue increase in 18 months and consistent 60% year-over-year growth, by translating operational excellence into strategic value creation. Her career spans high-impact initiatives such as large-scale turnarounds, merger integrations, talent development and leadership succession, all of which have maximized shareholder returns and strengthened stakeholder relationships.

A trusted advisor to CEOs and their teams, Kari offers a governance perspective that anticipates market shifts and mitigates operational risks. Her extensive experience provides boards with critical insights into strategic oversight, risk management, and talent development, ensuring that leadership, culture, and organizational structure work in unison to drive strategic growth. Kari’s board contributions, reinforced by her certification with Corporate Directors International and active roles in nonprofit governance, position her as a uniquely qualified steward for organizations navigating today’s dynamic business landscape.

By bridging hands-on operational expertise with high-level strategic oversight, Kari Zeller is dedicated to enhancing total shareholder value while fostering long-term stakeholder impact.
