San Francisco, CA -- Atari has appointed Kelly Bianucci COO.

Featuring an impressive resume with two decades of experience across gaming, finance, and technology, Kelly Bianucci has been appointed as Atari’s new Chief Operating Officer.

Leading complex transformations, M&A, and operational scale-ups, Kelly Bianucci has built a respectable reputation for designing structures that align innovation, execution, and financial discipline.

When it comes to education, Kelly Bianucci holds an MBA concentrated in Finance and Innovation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Three years into the company’s retro-focused transition, Bianucci assumes her new position. Through the successful acquisitions of Digital Eclipse and Nightdive Studios, Atari has expanded its publishing reach and expertise, reorganized its hardware operations around partnerships and licensing, and redesigned its game library. Atari reported a 63% year-over-year increase in revenue in March 2025, the greatest yearly revenue level in more than ten years and the second consecutive year of notable top-line growth.
