Randi Levin

Randi Levin has broad experience in large organizations in implementation, executive management and project management. Her background and proven track records qualify her to serve on private or public corporate boards.


Advised the Board of Directors at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and various committees, sat on the Executive and other committees at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), and the Executive Committee at the City of Los Angeles. 11+ year C-Suite, CIO and 39-year experience in technology in global private sector organizations, government, and non-profits with budget management up to $350 million and staff over 1,000. At JPL, led the team by providing the underlying infrastructure to build and land a rover and helicopter successfully on Mars in the middle of pandemic while working remotely avoiding a 2 ½ year delay and $2.5 billion dollars.

 Implemented a global financial and supply chain system at NBC Universal in 26 countries, 15 languages with the Russian SAP Implementation. Implemented the first Software-as-a-service (SAAS) email system for the City of Los Angeles for 40,000 users disrupting the entire marketplace for email implementations globally.  Have a Top-Secret Clearance and currently working on a project at the White House. Orbie award winner; first Southern California awardee for CIO work. Won a departmental Emmy for original programming at the City of Los Angeles and obtained an ARRA grant for the City of LA – the first in the country to uplift technology in all libraries, recreation centers and facilities for the aging population.
