Suzanne Washburn is a partner in a national boutique real estate brokerage company, after working 25 years as Senior Vice President at the world’s largest real estate services provider. Her background advising such retailers as Target, Wawa, and national developers over the past 28 years and her personal ownership of thriving retail and restaurant businesses give her national and local real estate and retailer expertise. She has worked nationally to maximize the value of over $750M of excess real estate for Target alone and led real estate acquisitions for Wawa’s initial penetration into Florida, responsible for over 50 sites acquired. As an award winning retail/restaurant business owner she understands the challenges of those industries.
