Megan Kilpatrick is an accomplished CEO and senior executive with over two decades of experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing organizations across technology, energy, and professional services sectors. She led teams delivering transformation and customer experience initiatives for major utilities including Entergy, American Electric Power (AEP), NRG Energy, Southern Company, Xcel, PG&E, and Salt River Project, as well as for Fortune 500 brands such as PepsiCo, Publix, Samsung, and Fidelity/eMoney.
As founder and CEO of Alloy Magnetic, she bootstrapped and grew the digital firm to seven-figure revenue before leading its acquisition by Bellomy, an American Marketing Association (AMA) Top 50 research company, where she served as Senior Vice President overseeing digital experience, marketing, and research operations.
Megan currently serves as Board Chair of Colorado CASA, providing fiduciary oversight for a $3M statewide association and leading strategic planning, CEO succession, and governance modernization. She previously chaired the Piedmont Environmental Alliance board, guiding it through executive transition and professionalization. Her board experience spans 12+ years, including six as Chair, with demonstrated results in improving performance, accountability, and impact.
