Accomplished executive and business owner with more than 30 years of combined experience in global leadership of consumer packaged goods and the founding and management of business brokerage firms. Transitioned a decade ago from a 20-year CPG career, focused primarily on natural, health and wellness categories, to focus on entrepreneurship.
Became a business broker, exit strategy specialist, and co-owner and advisory partner in family-owned enterprises. Applied corporate acumen as Founding Partner and Managing Broker, closing dozens of transactions with an aggregate value of over $65 million.
Previously held senior global roles with well-known brands, Celestial Seasonings and Gaiam, leading international expansion, cross-functional teams, and multi-brand operations. Directed international business for market leader in lifestyle media and equipment with distribution across 38K+ retail doors in over 15 international markets, and oversaw global sales, marketing, and operational communications for a network of 50+ international distributors and four international sales managers. Managed launches of three to four new products annually and contributed to a 30% revenue increase over the final three years in a mature export division.
Holds an MBA and offers a broad strategic and cultural perspective shaped by nine years of international residence and decades of global business travel.
