Kim Perry’s strategic leadership across nearly all aspects of the business, has transformed organizations to be highly effective and results oriented while positively impacting the culture. Kim is experienced in overcoming diverse domestic and international business challenges using discernment and diplomacy to anticipate and resolve conflict swiftly. Ms. Perry has led global initiatives related to ERP implementations and transformations, mergers and acquisitions including integration, and ESG framework development and inaugural reporting. Kim has also provided advisory support for multiple non-profit organizations. Kim is recognized as an expert in establishing processes, controls and systems for the operations and governance for the Board of Directors.
