Jennifer Cheskiewicz’s experience as a C-suite executive and trusted advisor with a legal and accounting background and expertise in the investment advisory, mutual fund, and international hedge fund sectors qualifies her to serve as an independent director on a public board, including as an Audit Committee Chair.
Jennifer Cheskiewicz is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer with nearly 20 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and financial reporting. As a senior officer, she has over eight years’ experience with a public company board and a mutual fund board, including participation in numerous Audit, Compensation, and Nominating Committee meetings. She is currently positioned at a $4 billion mutual fund family.
Jennifer has her board certification from Corporate Directors International LLC, USA. Her designation, CDI.D™, recognizes her as a qualified corporate board candidate for a public or private board.
