Amanda L. Blaurock’s extensive 25-year legal career in international trade and regulatory compliance, paired with her executive leadership as a CEO and board chair, qualifies her for corporate board service, including risk and management committees.
Amanda L. Blaurock is an accomplished executive, CEO, and licensed attorney with over 25 years of leadership experience. She currently serves on four boards and commissions, including the Risk and Compliance Committee for Craig Hospital’s Board of Directors, as well as the UMB Bank Advisory Board. As the Co-Founder and CEO of the Village Exchange Center, she built a multi-location community institution from its inception, raising more than $30 million in funding and scaling the organization to serve 60,000 people annually.
Ms. Blaurock is a subject matter expert in international trade law and multi-jurisdictional litigation. Her legal background includes significant experience before the U.S. International Trade Commission, the SEC, and the U.S. Department of Justice. She has served as general counsel to an international family office, managing high-stakes legal matters across several countries, including criminal extradition, asset protection, and D&O insurance litigation.
Recognized as a 2026 Girl Scout, Woman of Distinction, one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business in 2025, a Denver Business Journal Most Admired CEO in 2024, she also served two terms as the Chair of the Board for Denver Film. She is a Denver Immigrant and Refugee Commissioner and was most recently nominated to serve on the Aurora Downtown Development Authority, both of which reflect deep municipal and community trust.
