Natascha Kiernan is an experienced independent director, lawyer, and strategic advisor. Ms. Kiernan received her J.D. from Columbia University and has held senior positions with several prominent international law firms, including 12 years in the New York and London offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. She has 18 years experience advising governments, financial institutions, and corporations on complex, multi-billion dollar M&A and finance transactions involving mining, energy, and infrastructure assets.
Ms. Kiernan serves currently as an independent director on the boards of Green Impact Partners, Empress Royalty Corp (TSXV: EMPR), Soma Gold Corp (TSXV: Soma) and Altaley Mining Corporation (TSXV: ATLY), and as a Board Member Consultant to the BC Energy Regulator. She is the founder and principal of Bellevue Strategic Advisory, which provides advice to corporate clients on transaction structuring, risk management, and corporate governance.
