Kristen Pyle is an executive leader and entrepreneur with 24 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate development, design and construction. In her role currently as Vice President, she’s provided successful management and delivery of individual capital improvement portfolios in excess of $2B in North America while consistently exceeding top and bottom line KPI’s.
Ms. Pyle is a master negotiator between owners, architects, contractors, and third-party vendors and consultants in private and public contracts. She frequently formulates presentations and competitive selection processes in order for clients to select development partners, resulting in cost savings and risk mitigation for diverse projects including but not limited to hotels, multi-family residential, healthcare, aviation, municipal, office, entertainment, and educational facilities.
