Corporate Directors International LLC (CDI) is a US Limited Liability Corporation which was formed to provide board certification and designation for qualified board candidates for public and private company boards. Corporate Directors International LLC also creates and provides training materials for candidates to learn how to become a qualified board candidate. The CDI Board Certification is the first of its kind in the US for qualified board candidates.
